This beautiful farmhouse which has been extensively renovated in 2020 offers the modern touches required for ease and comfort yet retains the charm and authenticity of a spacious old French home.
Decorated to a very high standard, it includes 4 spacious bedrooms, two sitting rooms, one of which is a family TV room and the other has an open fire and patio doors leading onto the terrace and pool area, large well equipped modern kitchen diner, three bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) ground floor cloakroom and wc.
The grounds include a private pool, pool terrace with purpose built stone BBQ and large well maintained gardens which surround the property, in addition there is a large open traditional stone barn, which is a lovely place to read and relax away from the sun.
Les Abelins is large enough for extended families to holiday and be together, it offers large communal space for everyone to enjoy being together, yet it also has quieter spaces for those who occasionally want a bit of peace and quiet, to read, listen to music and perhaps enjoy a cheeky glass of wine.
